The time has come,

and I must face my fears, go into my scrap room and PACK! I am hoping that I can get it all packed into 2 bags. Wish me luck!

***ETA, For anyone wondering NO I did not get my stuff packed into 2 bags, I think it was like 4!!**

A card, a cake and monograms

I have been getting ready for my upcoming retreat that I am going on with my scrap group! Last night, we had a crop at my house and I made a cake for the retreat! Don't worry I'm not serving old cake, its made of paper and my cricut! I have been wanting to make one for some time I just never had the patience to sit down and figure it out. The flower on top was made from the sunflower on Stretch Your Imagination, did I ever mention that is why I had to have that cart! I had alot of fun making and decorating it. I am going to put chocolate in them and give them to all the girls and boy this weekend!

The card I made Friday night, because I was bored! Its cute, but not one of my favorite. The monograms, are going on the goody bags, arent they cute!

A love card

I devoted myself today to making my card for the Whimsical Bugs challenge, and it only took about an hour! I am really happy with the way it came out, now just to find someone to give it to! To make the card I used the flower from Storybook and the word love from Opposites Attract. I must say cutting that word was HARD!! I had to cut it at least 10 times before I got one that was not torn. I made the scallops with Accent Essentials.

New Storage!!

Well, I went over to Michael's today! I got the new Plano storage case, its soo pretty, for my eyelets, brads, loose bling and stuff like that! I fianlly talked myself into buying the jet max cubes! I started with 2 but hopefully will have tons more ASAP. So let me tell you about my new storage!

Valentine Card

Well, I finished my card for the Whimsical Scraps blog. I used accent essentials for the hear and mini monograms for the letters. I also embossed the heart with swiss dots from cuttlebug. Oh, and for the card, I made the scallops with a corner rounder. It was easy for the most part the hardedst part was figuring out how to do the edges. Off to bed, I have a busy day tomorrow.

Busy!

I have been busy all weekend long! I will continue to be busy until the end of the week! Why? Well we are having a princess party for our princess who turns 4 this Sunday! SO I have been getting everything ready! I have made wands, and party bags! Today we took her pictures they came out soo cute! I will upload them on my personal blog later! I am attaching pictures of the wands I made minus the ribbon, and Valentines I made for her class. I cut out the heart from Wild Card, and put a glue dot on the back then stuck it to a lollipop! Now they are not as creative as another Mom I know, who embroidered hers but they are cute!
Hopefully this week I will be able to work on my challenge for Whimsical Scraps, maybe Ill work on that tonight!
